Over 5 Crore Complaints In opposition to Telcos Obtained in FY22, Authorities Says

The variety of complaints towards state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and Mahanagar Phone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) stood at 8.8 lakh and 48,170 respectively.

“The complaints acquired at grievance centres by buyer helpline numbers are resolved by the involved service supplier,” the minister stated.

The place the complaints aren’t resolved by the service suppliers, the complainant can method the general public grievance wing of the Division of Telecommunications. All of the grievances so acquired are monitored and resolved by the Centralised Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) portal.
