Indian cab aggregator Ola and Uber Applied sciences Inc are contemplating a possible merger, the Financial Instances reported on Friday, citing sources conversant in the matter. Uber didn’t instantly reply to a Reuters request for remark.
Ola co-founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has refuted the report, calling it “absolute garbage”.
Absolute garbage. We’re very worthwhile and rising effectively. If another firms need to exit their enterprise from India they’re welcome to! We’ll by no means merge. https://t.co/X3wC9HDrnr
